Partner Verification & Documents
To protect customers and the integrity of our network, we may conduct reasonable verification. Depending on the partner category, this may include identity, business, contact, address, service capability, experience, licences, vehicle information, professional qualifications, business documents, references, and previous performance.
Documents You May Need: Identity information, business registration, address, GST where applicable, bank/payment information, driving credentials, vehicle documents, professional certificates, relevant licences, authorisations, business references. Only information reasonably required for the relevant process should be submitted through designated channels.
Customer Lead Protection & Brand Integrity
Lead Protection
Customer information must be used only for authorised purpose. Never sell leads, share numbers, create unauthorised databases, contact for unrelated businesses, send unsolicited promotions, forward information, or use for personal gain. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
No Customer Diversion
Partners must not intentionally divert ScrapKabadi customers for private business. This includes taking customers privately, asking customers to cancel, offering unrelated services, or creating private repeat business without authorisation.
Brand Protection
Approved partners may use Company branding only where expressly authorised. Do not create fake websites, misleading social media, unauthorised ads, fake listings, confusing domains, fake support numbers, or unauthorised promotional material. Do not claim to be an employee, owner, director or authorised representative without authority.
Customer Experience
Arrive professionally, communicate clearly, respect property, explain charges, avoid aggressive negotiation, maintain cleanliness, follow safety, complete work responsibly. A single poor interaction can damage years of brand building.
Pricing, Inspection & Safety
Pricing Transparency
Do not mislead customers about pricing. Do not quote false prices, hide charges, invent Company fees, demand unauthorised payments, misrepresent rates, create artificial urgency, or pressure customers.
AC Condition & Inspection
Customer descriptions may not reveal full condition. Partners may inspect where permitted. Material differences may affect valuation. Any revised amount should be communicated transparently before transaction completion.
Installed ACs
Installed ACs may require specialised dismantling. Standard pickup does not include dismantling, electrical disconnection, refrigerant work, special lifting, crane services, wall repair or civil work. Only appropriately qualified persons should perform technical work.
Safety First
No customer, partner or worker should be pressured to perform unsafe work. Additional risks exist with outdoor units, high-rise locations, electrical connections, heavy lifting, restricted spaces, difficult access, loading and transportation. If unsafe, stop and report.
Commercial, Gig & Performance
Commercial & Bulk Opportunities
Requirements involving multiple AC units from offices, hotels, factories, warehouses, retail, institutions, housing societies, property managers, contractors, builders. Businesses with sufficient capacity may be considered. Additional documentation may apply.
Gig Worker Responsibility
Accept only assignments you can complete safely. Do not perform unauthorised electrical work, unsafe dismantling, work at height without capability, operate untrained equipment, or transport unsafely. Safety requirements vary.
Flexible Participation
Gig and part-time workers may decide whether to accept available assignments. Once accepted, make reasonable efforts to complete as agreed. Repeated non-attendance may affect future opportunities.
No Traditional Employment Promise
Unless a separate written employment agreement exists, joining the partner or gig network does not automatically create an employer-employee relationship. The applicable relationship depends on the actual arrangement, written agreement and law.
Equipment & Expenses
Unless expressly agreed, do not assume ScrapKabadi provides vehicles, fuel, tools, mobile phones, PPE, accommodation, travel expenses, or other personal equipment. Any reimbursement will be governed by the applicable assignment or agreement.
Performance & Complaints
We may evaluate response time, pickup completion, customer feedback, complaint history, reliability, communication, safety and policy compliance. Complaints are reviewed fairly. Access may be suspended for serious or repeated issues including fraud, theft, data misuse, false documents, unauthorised payments, brand misuse, safety violations, unlawful conduct, customer diversion.
Fraud Prevention, Confidentiality & Responsible Recycling
Fraud Prevention
We use reasonable measures to identify and prevent fake applications, fake bookings, fake accounts, stolen-property transactions, payment fraud, false documents, manipulated photos, fake reviews, artificial leads, identity misuse, customer-data abuse. Information may be retained or shared with authorities where permitted.
No Fake Reviews or Leads
Partners must never create or arrange fake reviews, fake enquiries, fake transactions, artificial ratings, fake identities, or manipulated feedback. Building a brand requires genuine customer experiences.
Confidentiality
Non-public business information received through the partnership should be kept confidential. This includes customer information, commercial terms, pricing, internal processes, operational information, partner information, non-public business plans. Do not disclose without authority unless legally required.
Responsible Recycling
Where a partner handles AC scrap or recyclable materials, follow applicable environmental, waste-management and safety requirements. Do not use the network to facilitate illegal dumping, unauthorised disposal, unsafe handling, unlawful transportation, or improper processing. Partners are responsible for maintaining required permissions.
Partner Independence & Important Protections
Partner Independence: Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, a partner or gig worker must not represent themselves as an employee, legal agent, franchisee, owner, director or official spokesperson of ScrapKabadi.
No Guaranteed Leads: Approval does not guarantee a minimum number of leads, daily assignments, weekly assignments, monthly income, minimum revenue, exclusive territory, permanent work, or recurring customers.
No Joining Fee Promise: Submitting an application does not automatically create a payment obligation. If any legitimate onboarding, commercial, subscription, service or other fee applies, it should be clearly disclosed through the applicable terms before the relevant obligation arises. Never pay money to an individual claiming that payment guarantees leads or approval unless part of an officially disclosed Company process.
Protect Yourself From Fake Recruitment: ScrapKabadi will not guarantee a job, fixed income or unlimited customer leads in exchange for an unofficial payment. Be cautious of anyone asking for money, OTP, UPI PIN, or personal financial credentials. Verify suspicious requests through official Company contact channels.
Account Security
Keep your credentials confidential. Never share passwords, OTPs, login credentials, authentication codes, or private access links. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly.

Opportunities may be matched according to location, service category, customer requirement, availability, capacity, experience, performance and operational suitability. Matching does not guarantee that the customer will complete a transaction.
